STUDIO POLICIES *

Model session fees are waived. If you are sick on the day of the session please call to reschedule. Please call as soon as possible. We want to see you healthy and happy for your model session. Studio hours are by appointment only M-F, 9 am to 3 pm. The studio is closed on holidays. Please bring only the subjects to be photographed to the session. Personal cameras are not allowed to be used during your session. Absolutely NO taking of photos or videos! You can view the model image proofs at a personally attended reveal and ordering appointment or in an online proofing gallery. You will be asked to select your two images at the viewing appointment or through the online gallery before it expires. There is a $50 fee to re-open an expired gallery. There is a $100 fee for any extra viewing appointments. We try to capture many images during your model session, you will see only those images selected as the "best of the best". We carefully render each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Compensation for modeling is two digital images. Images may be removed from our archives after 30 days. We do our best to keep images safe, but be aware that some circumstances are beyond our control. The utmost care is taken with respect to exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs, prints, and products. However, in the unlikely event that all photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the photographer, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all monies paid, or a re-shoot can be re-sheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage shall be a prorated amount of the total session fee amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged. If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire, illness, closures ordered by a governing body, emergency, loss of electricity, equipment malfunction, act of God, other casualty, other cause beyond the control of the parties, threatening or severe weather, or due to any reason, then the photographer shall return any session fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. The photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. Please arrive on time for your modeling session. Photographer will wait for clients for a period of 10 minutes past their appointment time. Photographer will maintain ultimate discretion and control over the model session. Model understands and agrees that they are to work with the photographer to create the photographer's vision for the creative session. Model acknowledges that photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular result, including models desired results. Model is responsible for hair, makeup, nails, etc. (as applicable) to provide the photographers vision. Our standard retouching is included on the two model images. Model will do their best to give pleasing expressions. Model will do their best to cooperate with the direction of the creative session. No compensation or re-shoots are offered for sessions resulting from uncooperative or unhappy models. Absolutely NO food or beverages (other than water) in the shooting area. We have a lounge area where you can chill and relax and enjoy snacks and beverages. If there are ever any questions or concerns, please bring them to the photographer’s attention immediately. Remember to prepare for your session and arrive on time.

Tazetta Photography may use any images created during my photo session for display, advertisements, exhibits, marketing, portfolio, promotions, sale or trade or other use as deemed appropriate by Tazetta Photography. I agree these images can be used without any additional compensation to me.

Liability Release *

You agree to hold harmless, Susan Huberty/Tazetta, LLC, her representatives, and employees, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Tazetta Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

Copyright Act *

Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain control over the print quality, finishes, and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.

Print Release *

You are hereby granted permission by Tazetta Photography to use the two images you receive as model compensation to make prints for personal use only. You may not use any Tazetta Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes without express written permission. Tazetta Photography retains the copyright to all images. The images may be printed up to an 8”x10”size (10" on the long side), but not altered or edited in any way other than by Tazetta Photography, unless written permission is given. Tazetta Photography is not liable for print quality, cropping, or coloring of any photos not printed directly through their professional lab. Proper recognition of Tazetta Photography is appreciated and requested when publishing images and using them online. The two images that are being provided to you as model compensation are licensed copies for any reasonable personal purposes, including: personal prints and web/social media. Your print release does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, published books, billboards, signage, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original releases Tazetta Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases them from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital image, or photograph.
