STUDIO POLICIES *

The $50 session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Within 24 hours of the session fee payment, completion of this online form is REQUIRED to secure a session appointment. You must complete the minimum purchase of $150 for three digital images. This is required! You can print any digital images you purchase up to 10" on the long side. Mini Sessions are short and sweet - up to 20 minutes. You must select a date/time for the Mini Session you would like ASAP. Mini Sessions are Limited-Edition, so spots may fill up fast. If you pay the session fee and all times are filled or you can't find a spot that works for you, let us know within 24 hours of your session fee purchase and we will refund* your session fee or you can use it for a future Mini Session. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer. It does not include any finished portraits or digital images. There are no refunds on sessions fees with the exception* noted above. If you are sick on the day of the session please call to let us know - please no sick individuals at the studio - and we will give you a session fee credit to use for a future Mini Session fee. Please call as soon as possible. We want to see you healthy and happy for your headshot session. The session fee only covers one child. If more than one child, please purchase a session fee for each child. Please bring only the subjects to be photographed to the session. Personal cameras are not allowed to be used during your session. Absolutely NO taking of photos or videos! You can view your proofs in an online proofing gallery (Mini Sessions Only). You will need to place your order before your gallery expires. There is a $50 fee to re-open an expired gallery. We try to capture as many images as possible during your session, you will see only those images selected as the "best of the best" for your proofing gallery. Due to the custom nature of the work, payment for your order must be made in full and is non-refundable. All prices are subject to change at any time. You can purchase additional images from your proofing gallery (optional). Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days. Re-orders require a minimum $300 purchase. We do our best to keep your images safe, but be aware that some circumstances are beyond our control. The utmost care is taken with respect to exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs, prints, and products. However, in the unlikely event that all photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the photographer, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all monies paid, or a re-shoot can be re-sheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage shall be a prorated amount of the total session fee amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged. If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire, illness, closures ordered by a governing body, emergency, loss of electricity, equipment malfunction, act of God, other casualty, other cause beyond the control of the parties, threatening or severe weather, or due to any reason, then the photographer shall return any session fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. The photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. Photographer is not responsible if client fails to appear to the portrait session. Mini Sessions last up to 20 minutes! The session fee reserves your 20 minute appointment time only. We cannot start early and we cannot run late. No refunds are given for missed appointments (no shows). You must arrive on time. There are no refunds for clients who are late or miss their appointment. Photographer will maintain ultimate discretion and control over the session. Client understands and agrees that client is hiring photographer to perform photographers services in photographers own discretion and style. We suggest that you select an outfit that complements the theme and style of the Mini Session. Client acknowledges that photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular result, including clients desired results. Photographer is not responsible for clients choice of hair, makeup, clothing, shoes, nails or anything of that sort. No refunds or re-shoots will be offered for these reasons. Since little feet touch our floors, please remove your shoes at the door. We prefer bare feet and tiny toes for your session instead of shoes. Our mini edits are included on each purchased image. If extra editing is requested by the client (removing braces, fixing wrinkled clothing, etc.), the client will be charged an extra editing fee. Photographer will do their best to get pleasing expressions from clients, but we can not put guarantees on your mood. No refunds or re-shoots are offered for sessions resulting from uncooperative or unhappy clients. Ultimately, we can't control personalities, temperaments, smiles, and things of that nature. Absolutely NO food or beverages (other than water) in the shooting area. If there are ever any questions or concerns, please bring them to our attention immediately. Remember to prepare for your session and arrive on time. All products (both print and digital) are subject to OH sales tax.

You agree to hold harmless, Susan Huberty/Tazetta, LLC, her representatives, and employees, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Tazetta Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

Tazetta Photography may use any images created during my session for display, advertisements, exhibits, marketing, portfolio, promotions, sale or trade or other use as deemed appropriate by Tazetta Photography. I agree these images can be used without any additional compensation to me.

Copyright Act *

The images in your proofing gallery are copyright protected. Do NOT copy, screen shot, save, print, or otherwise unlawfully obtain the images. Do NOT remove the watermarks on the images as that is also illegal. Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain control over the print quality, finishes, and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.

Print Release *

You are hereby granted permission by Tazetta Photography to use the image(s) you purchased to make prints, for personal professional use only. This print release is only for clients who have purchased digital images for print. You may not use any Tazetta Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes without express written permission. Tazetta Photography retains the copyright to all images. The image(s) may be printed up to an 8”x10”size (10" on the long side), but not altered or edited in any way other than by Tazetta Photography, unless written permission is given. Tazetta Photography is not liable for print quality, cropping, or coloring of any photos not printed directly through their professional lab. Proper recognition of Tazetta Photography is appreciated and requested when publishing images and using them online. The image(s) that are being provided to you are licensed copies for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing (business cards) , emailing (email signature), and web (business website) publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, published books, billboards, signage, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original releases Tazetta Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the image(s), and also releases them from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital image, or photograph.
